I’m suppose to get an offer from a corporate company in NYC as an assistant property manager. I’m really excited and I need a job ASAP. The employer said the pay range is between 65K-70K. At the interview the person interviewing said they are offering 70K. I really need the job, and it’s an upgrade from what I was making. Should I counter or just take the 70K?

If you have experience try a counter. If you don’t maybe wait to negotiate later

like

If you don’t have previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager then I think you should take the 70k

like

I would go for the counter!

like

Why am I nervous they will rescind the offer ?

like

They won’t rescind the offer….they may if you counter tho.

Hi everyone, I got hired on as entry level sales operations role back in January. It quickly turned into sales, and eventually all the sales for the small company once the head of sales left. I am happy to take on the additional role for my company, and they are going to let me. But they feel that without multiple people in a sales department the title head of sales might not be the best title. I have input in what my updated position title and salary would be. What should I ask for?
