I’m sure this gets asked all the time so I apologize in advance . I’m 9 months in to still looking for a job. I’ve talked to plenty of recruiters through the application process and they say they are getting entry-level sales jobs and then CEO jobs but nothing in middle or senior management, I apply on LinkedIn all day every day just in case it’s not a fake job. Thanks to my wife who is in senior HR, my resume looks solid. Does anybody have any advice on how to seek out more recruiters? Thx!

I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

Hi all. First message here but hoping someone for some guidance from the community. Looking to land my first AM role. I have 8 years in Sales (New Home Developer/Builder) experience. But no direct AM experience. I live in Phoenix, AZ. If anyone has any company recommendations, or pointers, it would be MUCH APPRECIATED!

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.
