Looking for a read on Work/Life balance, how well staffed they are, avg pay range (VP level), PTO/holidays/benefits, etc. So, how do you like working there?

Job 2: 135k at large regional firm (200 attorneys) good benefits. 1900 billable hours requirement. Partner track is 6-8 years but not guaranteed.

Does Deloitte India (not Deloitte USI) ever cancel on the job offer they have given (like cancelling on the candidate at the last moment, well after releasing the offer letter)?

During interview I was speaking to the hiring manager. Felt interview was going well. He seemed impressed by my answers, excited by my skills, and even gave me a tour of the office. At the end, he asked about my home life. When I spoke of my 3 young kiddos, the manager got a little taken back and replied Oh you have children? I said yes ages 3, 5, and 7. He then proceeded to ask me about daycare arrangements and if I can be reliable. Red flag as his demeanor changed and made me feel unworthy.

Feeling a little lost in my new role as program manager. Any advice or recs?

I'm still fairly junior with a few years under my belt but I've always targeted this specific company as my "dream company" and feel now is the time to try to make a move before a) being called back to the office and b) while the job market is hot. It would be a big move geographically but I'm worried me being far away will knock me out of the running despite qualifications. Any advice?
