I worked for a uk agency. Got promoted twice. Team I ended up running and I made some concession. I started at 630 everyday. Depending on time of year, we always had 5 or 6bhrs of mutual availability.

If you have the visa requirements and everything and are based in the U.S… do it. Just be mindful of the time zones you’ll be working across. Can take a toll on your sleep schedule and/or personal life.
Do you have to match the home country’s time zone? I had a coworker who moved back to the UK during Covid lockdowns but kept her job and she just worked slightly time shifted hours (for her) basically. Started earlier than us and finished by early afternoon, and we just knew she wouldn’t be around later unless we needed her and messaged her about something.

I Will probably have to match, but Im ok with that. I already work East Coast hours on the West coast
