In interviews, I pay attention to how things are said, not just what is being said.
Some red flags only make sense in hindsight. I wish I had spotted them at the time. What's an interview red flag you wish you noticed sooner?

I recently joined Company A on H1B few weeks ago. Now I have another offer with a better pay from comp B (I started the interview process long before I joined company A) and would like to proceed with comp B. Will this cause any issues in my visa stamping now or in the future? Anyone gone through this?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised

Any advice on where to go after PR (financial & healthcare)? I have one year of experience and have been pretty disappointed with my current agency.
