I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

All are giving almost same CTC with almost same role. Which organisation should i join . Also I have question if pune will suit me or not. 601 and 602 is Associate and Senior Associate respectively. I think one is an Assistant VP and the other an Associate VP.
Any idea on the YOE for each and also the salary range?
Also any idea in how many years do 601 get promoted to 602 ??
Hierarchy 603 > 602 > 601.
603 is VP (Manager) they generally carry 9+ years of exp.
With your exp you should be gunning for VP role, if not confident then at least try for 602 role.
Also JPMC DOES have a lot of openings for 602 (SDE-3). If HR isn't helpful then DM me for referral (you'll need to find job id yourself on careers page)
When you say, not confident, what all things are you considering in terms of vp role?
