I'm very disappointed to read above advice, especially offered as the first possible option to consider. I guess it's a confirmation of the lack of mentorship in the business as a whole.
OP, do you have a formal performance review process in place at your agency? Do you have regular 1:1 check-in meetings with your direct boss where you keep them informed of all that you do and can discuss career goals and growth? Please ask for that and ask manager what you'd need to accomplish to be promoted to next level. Also, ask for the written job description of an AE and compare to that of an AAE and prepare examples of how you're already doing next level things. You need to learn how to advocate for yourself and set plans as well as build a case for making a point. You're not going to learn how to manage your career and find your voice by just jumping to another job. After you do the above, if you're not getting the recognition then by all means look elsewhere.
Step 1 - block your calendar from 7:30-9a some day next week, and mark it as private.
Step 2 - show up to work suspiciously well dressed that morning.
Step 3 - wait for your boss to ask you "How are things going?"
Step 4 - get yourself a raise.
Get another offer 🤷♂️
Even if you want to stay, update your resume first and start reaching out to recruiters. You want to be prepared for searching before you go into a convo that may not go your way. Talk to your supervisor about what you’re doing with clear justification. You’ll have a good idea if it’s happening. If it will, make sure you get a timeline because they could intentionally drag it out. If it won’t, at least you’re ready to move on.
Getting what you want is always easier from another agency though. No agency will give you a market raise.
Get another job. They should recognize your contributions rather than take advantage of you
@AD1 is it better to go to them and let them know you are being approached for other positions or another official offer?

Totally true about the market raise
Incidentally, from the Harvard Business Review Tip of the Day:
Can You Explain Why You Deserve a Promotion?
Asking for a promotion can be nerve-wracking. But when you think you're ready for the next step in your career, it's important to say so. To prepare for the conversation with your boss, reflect on what you want. Would you like to move up, or might a lateral move interest you? Next, do some research. Find out how coworkers successfully pressed their cases for promotion, and ask mentors and trusted colleagues whether they think you’re ready. Then build a compelling case for why you deserve a promotion, listing your strengths, recent successes, and metrics that demonstrate the impact you’ve had. Keep in mind that asking for a promotion is rarely a one-and-done conversation; rather, it’s a series of ongoing discussions. Your objective is to make the request and then continue to do good work until your boss agrees that you’re ready to advance.
