Industry professional considering a switch to human capital/ org transformation consulting. 10 YOE, some team leader exp (masters in org dev, no mba) trying to come in as a manager but may consider senior consultant depending on opportunity. What is a realistic expectation?

I think if you don’t have client facing experience or business dev experience, it may be difficult to bring you as a manager. Not saying it can’t be done.
I did it. Very similar background / YOE. Had to upsell "client service" as that was concern for hiring team. Looking back, there was effectively zero learning curve to client service. Depending on your industry experience, you've been doing this type of service the whole time, but internally. Make sure you emphasize those skills in all conversations. Consulting hiring teams don't know how to evaluate industry experience very well because it's non-traditional path (usually other way around)

For most of big four, as an experienced hire in HC:
Manager: 130-170 (Deloitte being on the higher end)
SA/SC: 110-150 (again Deloitte being on the higher end)
I would go for manager, manager is a role you can succeed in well even as an industry hire, senior manager is where it would be more difficult to come in to consulting from industry and succeed.
Kpmg 1 thanks just messaged you
