Hi,

JPMC call candidate with 3 months of np for interview and expected CTC for 3.6 years of experience with techstack as java fullstack?

Quick question.
I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?

If I get a referral from someone and I apply, then can I still reach out to a recruiter on LinkedIn expressing interest in the role? And do I let them know that I already applied? I’m sure they get tons of messages so what should I say so that it won’t be overlooked?Im currently unemployed and very eager to get an entry level position in either HR, Marketing, or Project/Program Coordinator in the tech field, so any advice is greatly appreciated.

My question is: should I be honest about why I’m looking for a new job? Is it wrong to not share this info during my interviews? Is this situation going to affect my interview process somehow? l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

How do you navigate a job offer that is contingent on the firm calling professional references? I don’t want to tell my current firm I’m leaving for this other firm until it’s official…which means I can’t use my current bosses as references. What is a reasonable pay increase + bonus? This will be my first pay increase. I make 70k and I will be starting my second year at big law (immigration). I had 2 years of prior experience before joining the firm. My manager rated me highest in all areas and mentioned she recommended me for promotion but it may not happen until next cycle since there are limited number of promotions to give. I will get a pay increase regardless so I want to negotiate in case I don’t get a “good” increase.
