I got a call from the Google recruiter about my L7 em interview Google She said I did overwhelmingly good on all interviews except one had mixed feedback on a system design. No surprise because it was not a good interview. The recruiter said i had a choice to go to hiring committee, give referrals they could call about my system design or take another system design interview. I’m not confident about the system design because of the bad experience I had with the previous interviewer. What should I do?

^he/she is trolling but it's actually cummerbund which is embarrassing for the troll
Tux with cunderbund
More embarrassing to be underdressed than over
Formal
^I think cunderbund is something painful that grows on your foot
To my coffee shop interviews at Slalom I wore Business Casual (simple dress, skirt/top, etc). To my interviews in their office I wore Business formal (suits).... even in Friday's when they were all in jeans.
If you have to ask, suit.
agree with @S1, can't coffee shop was casual but then suited for in office.
But the most embarrassing is the word "cunderbund," truly.
As in, "walking through the airport is going to suck with this cunderbund."
Thanks all! Suit up!
Thanks for the input all, especially Slalom folks. It's at the office so I'll opt for overdressed rather than under.
How did it go op?
@SC3, I'm interested in S&O, specifically business transformation and BPI. What I basically do at EY right now.
yeah, it's more of a "get to know you" conversation to try to see if it's a good culture fit
Met with my to-be boss, who is our practice's MD in jeans and shirt under sweater, so it all depends I guess. If it's a Meet at a coffee shop, I wouldn't be too worried about needing to go very formal IMO
Nice, what area and/or practice?
What office?
Always suit up for interviews.
@EY1 got rescheduled to next week. Interviewer had a fam emergency
