Hi I have 1 year experience in SAP Fico in capgemini and have ctc of 4.25 lakhs. I cleared two technical rounda where deep domain related questions were asked and it seems interview went very well and told I be getting Hr call for further process. Fishes please tell me how much hike should I ask from infosys for Associate consultant : SAP Fico position? I was thinking to ask 100 percent hike ie. 8.5 lakhs. Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview.Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.
Joined on 1sep 2022.One more interesting fact giving interview in zs associate account(contractor) I never want to work as permanent.

I have interview scheduled and completed from Commonwealth Bank Bangalore location. All technical rounds cleared.
When I called HR i got a surprise answer..
They mentioned the position which I have intervied is different than the salary rem ranges. And my current salary is higher than position what they have got and asked for approval for rem ranges changes..
Is any one faced this? Ideally HR should know expectation and allocation before scheduling intervjew..

First of all, never worry about sounding desperate. You're trying to get a job and it's reasonable that you'd want to know what's happening, so that's not desperation. If you don't hear anything in a few days try to get an update from them. Some companies will just ghost people, so it falls to candidates to follow up.
That’s very true! Usually you don’t even get a reply though! That’s what sucks about it!
Be polite, lead with curiosity about the timeline, and be excited for the opportunity. Getting approval takes a while. I wish more places were better about keeping in contact. I’m fine with an update that is no update, just to know they are still waiting or working on it.

Just send them a check in email maybe the person who does it is on holiday or something silly. Nothing wrong with a quick email.

That waiting limbo is the worst. A polite follow up after a week is totally normal and professional, not desperate at all. Silence usually says more about their process than your chances. How long do you usually give it before reaching out?
I agree! I usually give it a good week maybe depending what day I have my interview before I decide to follow up! How long do you wait if you reach out?
