Tie. Jesus.
No underwear. Jesus.
Tie!!!! Of course.
Underwear.... or no underwear...?
Tie. No shirt. Conveys just the right amount of confidence without being annoying.
No tie says "I'm confident I know my sh*t"
Tuxedo t shirt. Because it says your formal but you still like to party.
Good, God. Are you planning on wearing a suit?? Might be too much.

Wear a suit and tie...I can almost guarantee that the Partner won't be wearing a suit on a Friday unless it's NYC or Chicago and they're visiting a client. They may even be wearing jeans as we are jeans every day now. However...you should still wear a suit and tie...
Wear a fraternity tie. Lets the person know that you've been working hard and playing hard for years
If you have to ask you should probably stay where you are.
Which city and practice? Buncha trigger happy fellas here
Wear a suit, always wear a suit. How is this a question

Tie and T-shirt, gives the respect while keeping it casual.
Consider a velvet dinner jacket if you're looking to stand out in the right ways, OP.

Smoking jacket, ascot, velvet slippers
