Interviewed for the BA4 role at Barclays — first round on Oct 27 and F2F on Nov 4. The AVP who referred me said I seemed overqualified but moved me ahead since I’m an immediate joiner. The F2F went well with two AVPs, and I was told HR would update me as more interviews were planned that week. It’s been a week with no response from HR or the AVP. Should I take this as a lost opportunity, though Workday still shows “interviews underway”? What could be the reason for this sudden silence ?

Wife found out today that the Schedule A fed position she was hired into (and has been doing for year) was misappropriated to her because she didn’t meet the certs on USA Jobs and her permanent position is now a temporary one that will end in 10 months…..I’m flabbergasted and disgusted by the hiring agency, any know of resources (legal or otherwise) for fed employees in the weird situation?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I've transferred my PF from Wipro to Cognizant where in it the Employee's PF shows around 83k but the Employer's PF shows only around 27k.

If the employee and employer have to contribute 12% then both should be equal to 83k isn't it?
