This question is going to be annoying maybe. I am currently interviewing for CSM roles. I know I am good at what I do and my customer satisfaction and renewal rates definitely show that!
However, most of the interview processes so far have a presentation/QBR. The QBRs I do now are effective, but super informal (no slides).
Do most companies require this component now? If not, which companies don’t? Also, any tips for being successful at these with only casual experience?

I had a second round(which was a final round as well) of an interview couple of days back. But yet to receive any feedback on it. Normally how much time hr team takes for a revert? Waiting makes me feel anxious.

Why are startup and mid sized companies forcing me to attend interview?

Has this happened to anyone? Where you go through the interview process - and they call you back saying you did great in the interview and that you'd be a great fit but the role has been filled. So they are going to pass you to other hiring managers and see if you'd be a good fit in the other teams? I'm so confused.

Appeared for KPMG interview 45 days back. HR is intentionally delaying offer release. Done with 2nd round of interview in last week of July. My Lwd is in oct first week. She took documents on 23rd Aug and did salary discussion a week later. And giving shitty excuses like waiting for approval. Approver is on leave bla bla. What’s annual raise % at Deloitte?

Mortgage strategy question: moving from HCOL to MCOL city, selling current house and buying a new one. Will net enough equity from the sale for up to 20% down payment. How do you think about mortgage rates, points, PMI, etc for the new purchase? I'm in favor of putting less down and investing the difference, but not if the terms are worse.
