Interviewing for a FP&A role. What are some good questions to ask in the interview for higher up execs/directors? Transitioning from a analyst type role so relatively entry level

I recently interviewed for a small strat consulting company (energy industry). I have 3 YoE and would be moving from engineering. the HR person asked me what my salary expectations were I was caught offguard and said I would expect it to be at least what I make now (around 100k). Im now worried theyll lowball me because I really shouldve asked for 120+bonus (I think this is market rate?) But they have salary bands they follow right?So if they pay consultants 140 usually would they offer me 100k?

Any opening for marketing? I have 10 years of experience in marketing strategy & implementation. My precious firms include law firms and a public company. Any recommendations/referrals are greatly appreciated.
