I had my final round of SDE1 interview at Dehaat 3 days ago, feedback came back positive and HR also had salary discussion. However just next day I got mail saying Dehaat has temporarily frozen hiring process. Anyone working at Dehaat can tell me what is happening at Dehaat currently? I got up to 105 files. Now I hover at 85 active files in varying stages of pre lit. I asked managing partner for help and was told to settle more claims to lessen my load.
