Cons : junior title\level, hybrid

Company 2 : $150k base + 10% bonus
Pros : senior role\title, fully remote

Would you go for junior role for high salary? Would it hurt in future?

I just graduated and I have made it pass the third interview which was a two part working interview that I will receive compensation for. I have BS degree in healthcare professions and wanted to know if 40k is too low of salary to start off as a compliance officer for a pharmacy that provides discounted medications. My first 3 months will be training for my position but I will be paid the same. The job hasn’t offered me a dollar amount yet and I want to be best prepared.

Just received an offer with expected / standard salary for role but no signing or relocation bonus. They know I don’t have any other offers which is why I assume they didn’t offer any signing bonus - do I have any chance of getting one without “leverage”?

From what I've experienced most BizOPS case interviews are more geared towards the product than the standard consulting case and maybe a little market sizing.

I work on a consulting team at a large software company. I’m a job hopper, around 2 years each at my first and second jobs and a little over a year at this job. I recently found out they’re shutting my team down. We’re not fired, but they’re transferring us to the core implementation team, which has a horrible reputation for malignancy, overworking, and isn’t at all what I was hired to do. Currently a big 4 consultant and got an offer from FAANG for a strategy and ops role that would bring my total comp up 60%. I’m really grateful for the offer and really excited, however, I am also interviewing with MBB. It has always been a goal of mine to work for tier 1 strategy firm as I’ve always felt on the outside looking in at big4. I feel like most exit ops from strategy would be S&O industry roles but still can’t get these MBB firms out of my mind. Am I just overthinking this?
