Anyone from EYP…I’m applying to “Strategy & Transactions Working Capital Consultant/Senior”. I have the experience, six sigma, PMP etc stated in the description. How can I proactively position myself to earn the interview? I’m afraid I might get auto rejected because I have way more than 2 years experience, but I know industry experience is weighted different. Appreciate any help, insight, or anyone willing to chat. My friend and I both had interviews, mine ended after the first round & he was rejected after the final round. One of the toughest interviews I’ve ever done! The behavioral questions are designed to trip you up and they seem to really be testing for raw intelligence
Can confirm. I also was rejected after first round lol
Questions I remember them asking: “What is one reason, other than qualifications, that we SHOULDNT hire you?” and “assume I give you unlimited money to turn a project you’ve worked on into a full fledged business—what would you build, who would you hire, and what customers would you target?”
Not to mention the feedback/echo audio issues throughout that I’m convinced were deliberate to stress test me...
Following... and if you get in, would love a rec!

My interview experience is dated and might not completely be relevant but happy to help.
What kinds of questions did they ask you all? Also what positions did you all apply for? OP, I was thinking about applying to PLTR way back when. Based on the research I did, it’s extremely helpful to know the ins and outs of all their products! Wishing you the best of luck! Please keep us posted!
I interviewed only for the first round. The recruiter had positive feedback but then just rejected me because of his boss, idk what happened there. Anyways, the question for me initially focused on my current role then nosedived into problem solving for job challenges and career regrets. Just think about the questions abstractly a little bit. Hard to prepare for sure.
Op, how did it go?
I’m interviewing for this role now and would love an update on your outcome OP and if you have any advice
