How is the structure of Medical Insurance in Accenture? In offer letter it is written "Accenture negotiated rates for parents". 20% copay for parents and 10% for self, spouse and children. Can anybody give full details? How much premium for parents. Is it beneficial or should I opt for 3rd party insurance? Also do Accenture medical insurance include OPD reimbursements ?
Any insights on the current salary to expect as a senior account supervisor/senior account manager in health at a PR/Comms agency? I know salaries have grown with demand over the past year so not sure what to ask for. Top ten agency, DC.
I joined Deloitte in 19’ and don’t buy into the circlejerk that seems to go on both for / against the company - I like being a part of the firm but am underwhelmed with where the recent compensation cycle resulted. I have an opportunity with a small business to get a roughly $45k salary increase, but would have 2 sacrifice the security of Deloitte, wfh and paternity leave, which will come into play this fall as we have a baby due in November. Anyone make a similar switch before or havethoughts?
Has anyone started utilizing therapy to make sure that you’re in the happiest/most useful mindset in this demanding job? Do most firm’s insurance cover and will the firm know (worried about stigma)?
How to become a morning person? I see a lot of benefits but doesn’t come to me naturally. Tips?
Seeking benefit clarification - US Health Indursnce says “Employee cover starts frm $17.65 PCM w/ $400 per month contribution by employer”. What does this mean? Worried about mental health costs/srvcs
I am just starting year 4 as an associate doing 100% med mal defense trial work. I know our insurance guidelines require partners to do a lot with so much $$$ on the line, but in 3+ years, I have only: attended 36 depos (12/yr or 1/mo) of those 36, I: noticed 3 (1/yr) and presented 3 (1/yr) I have attended 1 mediation and tried 1 small claims “trial” I feel like I am losing my attorney skills, rather than improving them. Can I expect more opportunities or do I need to make a switch?
I should be more sensitive but I think it's fucked up to start a new job and tell your boss after a week that you will be out on maternity leave in 4 months.
Can I use my 401k money (currently in Fidelity EY preferred mutual funds) to buy stocks that comply with independence policies? (Such as MA, Adbe, BA, Dis, Intuit etc.)

What does "Consulting Technical Manager" at Oracle Inc translate into into level - M3 , IC4 ? Also what will the indicative RSU will be ? Trying to negotiate an offer - Base is approx $175K + RSU. Are there any other perks or benefits I should demand ? I was told joining bonus is embedded into RSU vested over 3 or 4 years. Appreciate any inputs.
Leaving the firm and the country. What do I do with my 401k? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Don’t plan on returning to the US anytime soon and I’m in my late 20s.
First time mom here - does time taken for maternity leave (non extended) count toward total years of experience? How does it (or does it?) show up on background checks?
Some call it quitting on your team, U.S. Gymnastics are calling it mental health issues. I'm calling it something more specific related to sports psychology: the yips. It's bad athletic performance having the yips, but when continuing can turn you into the next Elena Mukhina, backing out is the right call. Alternate history: Simone continues on, manages not to break her neck, but absolutely s**ts the bed and is criticized for taking the US off the podium when knew she wasn't on her game.
I’ve often heard of people with mental health issues struggling with personal hygiene. Has anyone done the opposite of that? I shower up to 2 hours a day (2-4 showers), and am obsessive with oral hygiene. Kind of like washing away my feelings of guilt....
Hoping to get my PHR in the next year or so. Outside of employer reimbursement, are there other opportunities for this to get funded? I know SHRM Foundation offers scholarships for the CP, but I am looking for PHR specific help. Thank you! :)
Did anyone express their disappointment to partner during comp call ? How did that go? Read it's not taken well by partners.
Interested in selling my book of business and exit the industry for personal and family reasons. Approx 16 ml in AUM and $100k GR. Located in Memphis, TN.
I’ve been at my agency for quite some time and ready for a change. I’m at an agency that has both Directors and VPs (no Sr. Directors in between). I’ve been a Director for 2.5 years and expect a promotion to VP in June. Here’s my dilemma. Between VP and Sr. Director-level titles, I’m not sure where I fit in anymore. Also, I make $155K now, so I want to go for $170K - $180K but I’m getting places say that’s too high. Is it or are they low-balling me?? Glassdoor also hasn’t been much help here.
I’d love to gauge my salary range with other women here. Currently at 62k as a Junior AD. Been at my company for 4 years. I’m pushing for a promotion with an increase to 75-80k. I’m comfortable asking and have substantial supporting data, is this on par or should I aim higher?

My SO has been a pot smoker for nearly 20 years. He's smoked nearly daily since he started in college, sometimes multiple times a day. I've always had issues with it, but since he was high functioning I didn't mind it too much until we recently had a child together. After baby was born, he continues to smoke multiple times a day and didn't have a problem with his family smoking in the house until I called him out and got into a huge fight. Continued in the comment...
If it's not requested in the job announcement and it's not required to complete the form, do you have to submit your transcript when applying to MBB?
Breastfeeding on a zoom call. Yay or nay? Was awkward in the call today. With webcam on. No one said anything but can tell from the faces the bewilderment. 5 people call. 3 women and 2 men. Kept up to point and wrapped the call quickly. I am one of the males btw.

I am on bench, just came on board, and have been informed that I need to fill application to be staffed on project... when I try to access job application that internal resource had sent to me, I get two options.. One for functional tech lead for SCION project, Another labeled Consultant, M&C, general. ...how do I find out more what these are? I don't want to blindly get on a project for obvious reasons.
TFW when a spam recruiter writes you a long "love your qualifications" email and ends with a salary band below what you make already
6 interviews spanning over 3-4 months timeframe and then the recruiter is not replying to my emails. It's already more than 2 weeks since the last interview. Is there an explanation, however hard to believe it may be. If they are rejecting someone they can let that know in an email at least, so the candidate is off the hook and stop expecting. Where is professionalism?
