Hi guys, Now VMware is offering me a 35% percent hike of what I am earning at DellEmc. I just completed one year at DellEmc. Total 2.7YOE But I don't like to go out of Dell, due to some personal commitments I am planning to switch.
Is it a good time to switch?

No it’s not.

Agreed, especially for a manager.
As soon as I heard fed, your market value dropped a ton. 150k base at 5 YOE is very unreasonable for a federal consultant, particularly at Deloitte.
At least at the B4/ACN, fed is a completely different track than commercial which is paid substantially less. It shouldn’t be that way for a variety of reasons imo, but that’s the way that it is.

Not at all. At Accenture, many achieve Manager in 4-5 years and that tends to be around 120-160 for first year salary, depending on certain factors.
If you have a TS clearance, it's not unreasonable but with a tech skill set. With your background, 130k is doable.
I'm at 145 base with TS, and tech experience.
All depends where you are. I'm in federal but have a clearance and am at 230 TC with 5YOE
Yeah TS/SCI. I work in tech

You can get that $$$ at guidehouse
This is not true without a TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly and more than 5 YOE.
