That's very good.
I’m SC2 formerly in S&O, 96k base, $9.7k bonus, 8 years of exp. You are doing just fine OP, though I hear my tech colleagues are at $115k including base and bonus
How experienced are you? D offered me 115k to join as an SC.
Why did you become a federal consultant after going to a top 10 business school? I'm only in this field because I didn't want to go back to school.
Worth noting that SC at Deloitte is a higher level than at many other firms so may not be a fair comparison
Yea. 95k seems like a C level salary. Assuming this is consulting and not advisory
I'm an SC3 with 8 years of experience and your base is higher. I'm only at 91
I have <5 years experience and am in 90s..DC area
That was the same $ offer I got in 2009 or 10, I think for SC
It is laughable how much people are getting paid for so little experience. This area is insane.
I was at $98k base as SC2 last year, also joined out of grad school as a C
What competency? In Fed tech the salaries I saw were ~85-95 for consultants.
My guess is work life balance and less travel.
SC3, 97K, gets frustrating when you see less experienced people jumping from other companies and seeing salaries in the 115K range - really pays to be loyal in this business
C2 @93k currently. Experienced hire no grad school. Working in tech
That’s insanely high, congrats!
I am SC with clearance and 9 years of experience at 90k
Oh and per all the comp posts I think base of the range for SC is 86k so good job on being slightly up
I thought Deloitte SC’s got like 110-115k, they are usually bragging all the time about salary compared to other firms...?
D2, yes for consulting - public sector
