Is a PMP certification still valuable in consulting? Have the opportunity to sign up for a company-sponsored training, but my mentor is mentioning an Agile certification is more valuable. I am a functional lead in large technology implementation projects fwiw.

What are some resources (paid or otherwise) that will make me a better banker? Wall street prep's course was great, anything else that would help me ramp up as a nontraditional background, lateral recent hire?

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.

Is there value in getting a PMP these days? I’ve been a project manager for 10 years primarily staffed on Tech projects for financial services companies. I do have a CSM (but never worked as a Scrum Master). I’m trying to decide if the time and money I would put into getting the PMP would be worthwhile. Thanks for your insights!
