Currently, I am working as Analytics Manager in a startup but have lost touch of real machine learning modeling. I am mostly occupied in creating use cases to be built for our product that produces data points from raw SMS. Create roadmap for integration of heavy models in production considering TAT as constraint etc.. but I am not expert in these.

Hating the 2 of the 4 consultants I got on a project, project is 50% done and there has been no output

How do I exit them from the project ?

Hi all, my YOE is 1 year I got a offer for Senior Analyst - Decision Sciences from HSBC for 8.5lpa is it good or am I getting underpaid?

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly.
