Is anyone actually hiring? I'm seeing recruiters still looking for candidates for roles I interviewed for 6 months ago. What's going on?

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. How could I best leverage my skills for a role in this, and what should my expectations be for negotiation in compensation?

I have been waiting for a week now but I was told it is triggered automatically after 24hrs to 48 business hours after the acceptance. I also just found out I’m being promoted to senior with a raise of 10%. In light of all these departures though, I kind of want to ask for more.... should I? And what % raise is appropriate? I've never worked on anything for TikTok and hope I never have to. TikTok is from hell. I was on it one time for about 10 minutes and could feel myself becoming mentally unwell in just those 10 minutes. The human brain is not designed to deal with the sheer amount of sensory overload that app gives you. I'm pretty sure TikTok is one of the main reasons we are constantly hearing about how much Gen Z struggles with mental health.

I got the job. That is all.
