Is anyone applying for jobs overseas or think it’s even a possibility right now? Planned in moving from USA to EU (Scandinavia or Germany specifically, but maybe flexible) this year and concerned that corona has stopped issuance work visas or made companies or recruiters not want to hire internationals. Anyone have any experience or input? I was close to a job offer right before this in February. FWIW I have a long term partner Europe, no marriage plans for a few years at least tho

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive.
