I’d consider job hopping to be less than one year at all companies/agencies across your total experience. Two years is plenty and life is too short to be miserable

plenty of great companies started hitting me up 2 weeks in at my last agency job. i stayed for 6 months. never too early to leave.
i’ve worked full-time at 4 agencies/companies since the pandemic began. hiring managers understand the times.
All agencies that have dedicated recruitment specialists understand that the avg employee lifespan is like 18-36 months. They know they are in almost constant turnover and invest in HR a capabilities accordingly. If you work back from that assumption, most don’t care how long you might have stayed at other shops.
