Is IIM Calcutta EPGM worth? Do we get placements after this?

Does anyone have any recommendations of career coaches or where to begin to research legit ones? I’m a part-time MBA student at a top 25 program and have 13 years of work experience, mostly in government contracting, with a few deviations from the industry. I would like to use the MBA to make a career pivot, but I’m having a hard time choosing a path to target. I’d like to explore working 1-on-1 with a career/executive coach to help with this process.

Posted about this a while back but didn’t get a definitive response. I have a bunch of Manhattan prep GMAT books from the past few years that have little to no writing in them. There’s probably 20 of them so pretty heavy but I’m looking to give this away to someone for free. Only thing is I asked for you to take all of them versus just a few. Asking this because I've been preparing for CAT this year and I feel like my preparation is only good enough to get me around 90-95 %ile which is not enough to get a call from the top IIMs. I've been preparing alongside my job and its been a tough 3 months. Should I spend another year preparing and appear for CAT 2023 or should I give up and prepare for interviews?

How do you survive on a PhD stipend knowing it’ll be years before you can afford luxuries like a vacation or brand-name ice cream?

I am tech guy with almost 3yr exp, but I want to switch to a Management role. Going for an MBA is not possible for me. I was wondering about the possibility to switch to a management role within the next 2 years without an MBA. Company/Brand is not a bar for me.
Can somebody please suggest how to do this?

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.
