Is it bad to leave organisation within 6 months or before 1 year ?? Does it really hurdle in career?

How should I pivot to Wealth Management as a Credit Analyst for a commercial bank? I’ve worked as a credit analyst for about a year after graduating in finance last year. I also interned at a wealth management firm while in college. Any advice is appreciated!

I have got two offers Accenture and Synechron. Synechron is offering more than Accenture. Can I go to Accenture and ask for salary matching with whatever Synechron is offering? It's almost one and half month I have accepted Accenture offer and my joining is in third week of the August.

If people see the service tag they will not even appreciate.
Every product will also have support team or dead work. I know culture, work life balance will come in picture but this all depends on your team, your managers. If team is not good you will suffer product also.
