Is it just me but are recruiters/hiring managers updating job postings to include salary range since this became the law? I've had to withdraw some applications because postings are being updated. I'm happy for the insight but kind of bummed that a few jobs I've been interested in, won't work for me after all.

As someone in an interracial marriage, it was flattering at first to see so many spots with mixed couples and families. But now, that’s all I’m seeing.
