Real estate is very hyper local. Inventory / attractiveness in your neighborhood will be a big factor, and we don’t know what that looks like.
November and December are historically low for home sales, but there’s still activity happening.
You can put a contingency on sale clause in your contract to buy. And if you are interested in selling and have a good amount of equity you can sell low and quickly. The houses that are sitting on the market for long are those that are priced too high.
There is no inventory. Your house will sell fast
The one thing to consider is that monthly payments are super high right now so you’ll probably have to price the house accordingly
