Is it true that industrial engineering is the easiest engineering major?

Where did you hear it from? I believe that each engineering major's opinion of how "easy" it is varies based on their interests and skills. Like every other engineering subject, industrial engineering has its own set of unique challenges and complications. Because it has more of an emphasis on efficiency, system improvement, and optimization than on intricate structures or hard science, it may appear easier to understand to some.

Industrial is considered as the business major of engineering. But I think no engineering major is easy. Plus it's hard to gauge and compare difficulty between disciplines since not many people do double degrees in industrial and civil/mech/electrical/chem/etc. If they had done one and moved on to the other later, they may have found some stuff easier as they had gone through it.

I don’t think so

I don’t think there’s anything easy tbh, some majors might be less math heavy compared to others, but I think every engineering major has its place. Easy and difficult is relative to every person rather than the major itself.

Think about it, at some point in life ABCs and simple addition, multiplication etc. was difficult and at a certain point that changes. So easy is extremely relative and depends on person to person. It’s unfair to categorize a whole major into those buckets

In my opinion, yes it is. My bachelor's was in Engineering so i took classes in other engineering disciplines as well before finally settling on IE.
I know some people from college who didn't like that it wasn't very technical compared to other engineering disciplines.
But if you like numbers and thinking through the easiest way to do stuff then you would find it easy.

Will this role be suitable for me?

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

(1/2) I started a new job less than a month ago at a large firm with a significant pay increase. I work remotely- which is a special arrangement. They paid for my travel to their headquarters for in-person training. After interacting with my manager and some of the attorneys, I feel like I made a mistake. Manager is demeaning and rude. A bunch of the attorneys dropped not so subtle hints that people who work from home are causing all kinds of problems. I don’t know what to do.
