What M1 means is you don’t have to contribute to your 401k to get the company contribution. So it’s technically not a match. But McK contributes either 12% (most internal roles) or 7.5% (most client facing roles) of your total comp to your 401k at the end of the year.

In most instances it equals out to be more $$ despite smaller % for CSP
What do you mean by professional development? Being a PD manager?
Not sure on bonus structure, but I do know 401k. McK doesn't match on 401k. It is a grant either 7.5 or ~12% of your total comp, depending on role

Correct, McKinsey does not match 401k. They just do an annual Firm contribution that equates to ~7.5 -12% of total comp. I believe the cap on this is around $20k per year.
