As long as the bed is made you’ll be fine
A clean, made bed seems okay. Some people don't have the extra space to rearrange furniture.
It is absolutely not an issue (as long as the bed is made and looks neat). So many of my colleagues have this same situation. Do you know what clients care about? The work. They don’t care that someone’s bed is on the background.

You could get a green screen that clips to the back of your chair.

All zoom call I had with men who work out of their bedroom has those men’s beds on the screen - candidates/managers and etc. I started thanking them for making it prior to the call.
My bed is in the background because I’m in a NYC apartment. I do not care what it looks like to others
Don’t show a bed made or not in the frame. Maybe it would be ok if you were in the same job forever, but not if you’re starting a new job.
