Having certs is always a plus. Any kind of secondary education is good to have, but I would make sure that it pertains to your field.
If your company will pay for it, do it.
My company paid for my LSSGB and LSSBB. Get all you can if its free......
In my opinion, not unless you're having a hard time getting a job or finding holes in your knowledge
It depends what your goals are and what Industry you are after. In some, a BA + certs is enough. But in Pharma for example , you’ll need minimum a MA, and certs will definitely solidify the resume.
If you're happy with your current position and don't see yourself moving up in the near future, then further education may not be necessary. But if you're looking to advance your career, then further education can help you to qualify for more senior positions.
