Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Nope
In my personal opinion, as long as it's worded in a constructive way, it's a good thing to do. Even though I assume that my supervisors know what's going on in their department/company, that isn't always the case. As you leave for a better opportunity, you can also give them an chance to grow into a better organization for the friends and co-workers you're leaving behind. That is how I've always done it, and I'm still able to get good referrals from past employers.
I understand the urge to man but honestly none of these people give a shit about you or what you think. The fact is we’re just human leverage they use to make money. I’ve never met a manager once who has given a fuck about me at all and instead they’ll just use your feedback as something like “he’s entitled or weak or something like that”
Very true
You have 0 upside and lots of downside. I've given honest feedback before and while cathartic, was probably not the best move in hindsight
On one hand, I feel like I need to have some closure on why but at the same time it’s pointless and I feel like it could do more harm than good
Depends what “honest and constructive” means. If it’s moaning, no. If it’s personality clash, no. If it’s well reasoned supported with evidence of an actual occurrence (more than once) why not.
It’s an exit meeting, not therapy, or an opportunity for “closure”.
If you’re so bent out of shape about working there, don’t say anything, or a simple “personality fit” is suffice. If it’s more money for the same job elsewhere where, say so.
Remember, they’re not leaving, you are, and it’s not a question of “who is to blame”.
This is perfect
No. It sounds like a good idea, but no. Be polite and succinct.
