Cognizant Experience - Last Wednesday, My HR round was completed and they said your offer letter will be released by next day(they asked me to fill cdf-2 form) then I kept waiting and waiting for the offer letter. After multiple email chain and all, HR called me to say, we cannot move with your candidature as your experience is below 3 years. I said I already informed this to you before the interview, she said yes but we can not proceed. Very unprofessional. CCTC: 5.5, YOE: 2.5, Tech: Java

Hi all,
I have two campus EY Deloitte on the table from Deloitte Tax (BTS), and EY Tax (DSG). Both are located in the SF Bay Area. Deloitte is paying 2k higher base and a 2k higher bonus.
I have to make my decision by the end of next week, so I’d appreciate some input and opinions on which offer I should take.

The tollway to the airport makes it better
I’m in Lafayette, so a bit closer. But if you pick up the toll road, it’s not bad. I always take it for work because I’m not paying.
There's a lot of great 1-2 bedroom, relatively affordable apartments in Lafayette, as well as the surrounding towns (Erie, Broomfield, Thornton). I lived in Lafayette for 3 years and commuted to Aurora (so near the airport) 2-3 times per week. It's a frustrating drive, but not super terrible. And it's totally worth it to live out there!
I’m Denver because I need the “city” feel still. But Longmont by itself is fine (better than going down south to Springs) but I rate Louisville or Golden as better suburban settings. Assuming Denver, Boulder and Cherry Creek are too pricey.
boulder is definitely expensive. Apartments are like NYC level price
