If you can afford it, then yes.
Buying a house is often significantly more expensive than renting, especially when you consider the down payment requirement and higher interest rates right now. But if you plan to live there for a long time (say 5 to 10 years+), I doubt you’ll see housing prices go down, and you can always refinance as rates come down.
