Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

Hello Folks,
My LWD with current organization is on 30-Sep-2022.
I have an offer with HCl and joining date is on 3-oct-2022.
I have cleared the TCS technical and managerial round and got an email to upload the documents to proceed further with HR discussion, an I have done it yesterday.
But my priority is to go with TCS, but the doubt is will TCS provide offer or joining letter before 30-Sep-2022, because only 6 days left to complete my LWD.
Any suggestions to handle this.

They have a little higher pay scale than usual companies (TCS, Infy, Wipro). But definitely not the best in industry.
YoY hike, is good (10-30%). Bonus is fully paid. Parties are on 5 star. You will be treated as a professional.
But Big4s are known for it's work pressure. It's like a sophisticated jail, I won't recommend after what I've experienced in Deloitte, but again, it all comes down to the project.
