Is the DHA designation worth it?

I don’t think so. What does having a DHA mean to you? Is it so you can advance your career? MBA is much more sought after if that’s the case because after all healthcare is a business.

No

I don’t think so sadly. I think experience is more profitable but if you are not offered opportunities to gain experience what do people tend to do? Go back to school!

I wonder if a Product Marketing Manager role would be an appropriate title since I would be responsible to ensure the marketing programs were implemented.Thoughts?

I was alone and confused. I have never really got the chance to prove myself which makes me all the more depressed. I'm not sure what to do with my future, indecisive and low on confidence.

I just started a new job 2 months ago, benefits and PTO don’t start until 90 days in so I still have a month before I can take off any time, and today found out my company doesn’t offer paid maternity leave.
I’m really struggling handling the symptoms and maintaining my full time job. Thinking about looking for a part time job to have more time to myself through the pregnancy since I won’t be getting a paid leave anyways, but lost on where to start looking. Any recommendations?

I love my job in special education, the job may bring quite a bit of stress and exhaustion but nothing compares to the stress of the related service team. OT, PT, speech, BCBA, social worker, etc etc is really what’s killing me this year. It is 23 days into the school year and the team members all make different plans and as a result, nothing is being accomplished. And if paraprofessionals follow ie what OT says but not PT, it cause so much unnecessary conflict!
