Due to personal reason left job at end of 2020.
Trained in SAP FICO, now trying for certification.
How could she get into IT company(fresher).Capgemini IBM Tata Consultancy

Depends on how much you already know Tableau. At our firm a lot of clients are using it.
Upside: At a big firm like PwC likely helps you get staffed on some projects you otherwise would not be able to get staffed on
Downside: they might be more data heavy projects you don’t want to be on.
My team and our experts do a lot of heavy and longterm data projects. Naturally, this also includes visualization in one way or the other. Since Tableau is kinda the cool kid on the block, our clients go for this option more and more often. Thus, a lot of clients also request to see that our visualization specialists are certified in the tools.
Long story short, I think a certification is almost always worth it if you like working in the realm of data. However, the certificate alone doesn't tell much if you lack the hands-on experience with the tool.
