EVERY data that can be connected to a human, either primarily or later on by joining up data from elsewhere… is.

Probably. But without more context, can't know for sure.
Context matters. The temperature when it is expelled? Maybe. The temperature at which it's stored? Probably not, unless the milk itself is a medical treatment. Is the temperature of your coffee health data?

Context certainly matters as D1 said, but I’m going go with a general “Yes” on this one. If regular body temp is considered health data, I don’t see why breast milk temp wouldn’t be either.
Probably. But need more context. Is there anyway to tie it back to the data subject, is it anonymized, on a record, etc.
