Is there a timeframe for how long you have to stay at EY after receiving the promo bonus in order to retain the whole amount?

What does the PE ops career and comp progression look like? Is it more competitive to break into than say value creation teams of consulting companies? Please educate me. Idk much about it.

Negotiating benefits for a new full time job. What are some things I should ask for? I hear there are work from home stipends these days, and I'd like a budget for continuing education that can help further my career, conferences and subscriptions.

Are there signing bonuses any more? Bonuses at the end of year? Some full time jobs in the past I've gotten 100$ bonus others it was dependent on what we made and I got 5kish before taxes.

If I’m reasonably happy in my role and with my comp, what should I be saying to recruiters when they reach out to me with opportunities?
Typically I hear from smaller consulting firms looking for Senior Tech Consultants. Is a 20% base comp increase reasonable? Is 25% crazy? I’m just not sure I would even consider moving for less than that, but maybe I’m being unrealistic.

Negotiation an offer with a T2 tech company for an L4 position. Comp for this role is fixed at an 80/20 split between base and bonus. I am in a LCOL with 4 YOE.

Offered:
Base: $160k
Target Bonus: $40k
RSUs: $70k/4 years
TC: $217.5k

My ask:
Base: $170k
Target Bonus: $42.5k
RSUs: $70k/4 years (can't budge on this)
Signing Bonus: $10k
TC: $230k

It's really just a 5.7% increase from the initial offer. Thoughts? I read about 2nd year signing bonuses in tech and asked for one, but they said no
