Hey folks, I got an offer from IBM ISL, But the offer is dated 2 months as joining date, but my notice period is 3 months. This was agreed by the hiring manager. He also offered Joining bonus if I could join in 2 months. HR said the date is tentative and they will renew the offer, so I accepted the offer. Now am running behind the HR to get the offer renewed. Can I trust their words, or will they backout from the offer after 2 months. Please help.

Graduated in 2020, wanted to be a graphic designer, took a job at a startup in a social media role. The boss called me the "r" word for not handling entire 13-ish accounts roster well by myself. Hello there! I currently work in billing at a medical office. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit.
