Is there any way to go from T2 to MBB without an MBA? Just graduated from undergrad and wont be going back to school for a bit so just wondering!

Been with D for 8 months. This is my 2nd job in 2.5 years but thinking of jumping ship with all the lay-offs in my area. Will I be seen as a job hopper? Really like it here don’t want to be laid off.

Hi everyone, I’m in a medium size consulting firm started working since Oct 2021. I’m wondering is it good to jump to industry for my next move or move up in the consulting world to polish my resume better with MBB or Big 4 in my resume… any thoughts? I work heavily in AWS and am looking to learn another cloud platform. I have zero knowledge of azure and gcp and would like input on which to learn. Azure would make sense since its the second largest in terms of market share, but GCP seems far more interesting and technically challenging with things like Kubernetes and BigQuery.

I am a manager with a masters in education. I’m debating leaving for a 1 or 2 year MBA but is it worth it? I know many people who get MBAs to be in the position that I’m already in. Thoughts?

I have 3+ years of experience out which half in consulting and half in managerial role in corporate.

Would you take such an offer or would you look for better seniority at another consulting ? Is it a fair treatment?

Do you count internships towards your years of experience? I did 20 months all together interning but not sure if that moves my needle from mid to senior when job hunting.
