If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

Strategy& fish - i’m currently recruiting for org strategy. Ive talked to associates (in the healthcare practice) and theyve mentioned that it doesnt matter whether youre in corp strategy, org strategy, etc and that you’re pretty much pooled by industry when it comes to staffing.
Can someone confirm this? Also, what do you expect the restructuring to look like?

Capgemini follows the calendar year for bonuses, not the October-September that many other companies follow. If any bonus is paid, expect it to come in March/April after year-end activities and individuals have been identified.
That said, I doubt they do anything. They don’t seem to understand that pay is one of the main driving forces for their turnover. It needs to be proactive, not reactive. Stop offering more when someone puts in their two weeks. Offer it as soon as you start seeing retention issues.
I just think it’s comical we get at least 1 email a week to recruit/refer A5s for a bonus when there is no reason to go to Capgemini right now. Every other company is offering more starting, higher signing bonus, EOY bonuses, better benefits. I started thinking of leaving after 6 months here.
A big 4.
You guys are crazy. As someone said, bonuses are paid in April 15. Last year I got $35k. I’m expecting more this year. Capgemini is finally paying us what they should.
Ah - let me rephrase since I belonged to Invent. Manager in a group that was legacy Capgemini. Target Variable Comp was less than 0.75% for 2021. That’s brutal and since my annual raise was 3%, it was time to go.
