Not much changes from my current base. Tried to negotiate but ACN is not willing to change base. They added 10K in RSU and Joining to make 40 each.

I’ve been at my company for 8 months. I just found out another designer who has been here for several years gets an annual bonus at the end of the fiscal year. I have never been told about a bonus and haven’t gotten one yet for the previous fiscal year that ended In July. Should I have been told I get a bonus when I signed on or are they typically a surprise?
