No, American and United does not
Because United has and will always place profit over customer satisfaction (and health - they never cleaned planes before COVID). Source = I fly United

No, but I took a few cross country flights the last two months on United and they’re empty enough that no one sits in the middle and the flight attendants let you move around
Just delta
Southwest is spacing ppl out still. If a plane is empty enough they move to one per row (my sister flew one per row in August)
I had some AA flights last week that were 100% full
Rising Star
Dang where are you flying? I’ve noticed that flights in the Midwest and south are pretty full
No, the planes are in fact packed, since there’s less flights over all. I few United round trip on 4 flights and even the regional segments are 100% booked
It really varies by flight. A regional flight from Chicago to Kansas a few days ago had a light load, as did Madrid to Dallas a couple of weeks ago (59 pax on a 777 that seats close to 300 pax)
Southwest has committed to keeping middle seats open thru November at least. Flew them a month ago - felt as comfortable and safe as one can, given the situation
