I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Need few valuable suggestions on below situation.
One guy A joined as a fresher in Wipro for 3.5LPA(been 3 months around, no project allocated yet),
And then an offer was in pipeline with Y and finally received an offer with 5LPA and the role is related to cyber security.
Note: pf account is already created by wipro and Y is a good mnc though Any suggestions on how to handle this situation?

Though we all know things are little hard now due to AI and all but still if you keep preparing well you will get into something. Don't lose hope as that's the only thing which will help you get going.

Because indian community society even Modern society where the managers and management in corporate and private companies actually it's biased or discriminating or associated with caste or religion or language or gender it's very serious concerns actually companies are good all and every company they have strict policy but it's looks like India IPC law it will be there but no body bothering until serious escalation happened. This issues not just only hiring or managing or promoting even you're running business for firms all this bias discrimination partiality treating people based on all this shits, finally I'm very sorry to say about my own people or citizens this indian people behave or their behaviour is same even living or working out side of India or Abroad countries. Because now a days becoming a culture like this they want to keep in culture and religious sentiments. Don't know the future, in the past some guaranteed transparent and straight forward and priority to talents only the culture maintained in corporate companies. Now a days situation is worst irrespective of any age or level or people.
