Have you tried cold calling either the SDR manager, business development director, or even the CRO to sell yourself?
Came to recommend this!
Say you got experience in sales force, hubspot, slack, out reach, cold calling, inbound and outbound prospecting, LinkedIn etc, be creative.
You need to say that you have experience using softwares and the impact it has on people’s life.

Resume could still be getting blocked by the resume software and not getting to the hiring manager. A good course of action could be to network with staffing agencies, pay a company to rewrite the resume (they might know something you don’t) and stalk recruiters on LinkedIn and even managers (especially the ones you’ve already applied too). “Hey I saw your post about hiring and I think I’d be a great fit due to my four years in automotive sales and my passion about company x, when do you have time to discuss the position further”. Times like these, you gotta play the game differently. Sorry you’re dealing with this and wish you the best of luck.
Thank you, I’m in the same boat. You’re helping me too.
It’s gonna be a real uphill battle. 250,000 tech workers have lost their jobs and are in the process of flooding the job market. So basically, there’s tons of people with experience in these roles so companies would rather hire and interview them as they are a better fit on paper.
Either find a way to stand out or you might wanna wait this round out for a year or two.
