I’ve applied to around 25 CRC roles and keep getting screened out because I don’t have experience in their exact therapeutic area. I’ve worked on 2 studies already, just not in what they want. Do you keep applying anyway or narrow down hard into one niche?

If an employee mentions something disparaging or accusatory about their manager during an exit interview, how would you handle? What happens if what the employee said is slanderous and a “he said/she said” situation? I.e. employee claimed the manager made a disparaging remark about an item of clothing being worn by someone in accordance with their beliefs. If you opt to share the feedback with the manager, would the manager have a legal case against the company or former employee?

I have an interview tomorrow with a recruiter who contacted me through LinkedIn. I believe I am way under-qualified for the position and I pointed that out to her, but she responded with several points from my resume as to why she believes the role is a good fit with my experience. It would be a leap, but maybe I need to take it as a challenge and not limit myself? I just don’t want to get in over my head and fall flat on my face. I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Re-invited to interview at BCG but also want to cast a wide net and apply for Mck and Bain. However got rejected last year this time at the resume screen stage. I’ve changed firms since I last applied (to a well known boutique) - is this sufficient or am I still frozen?

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?

Hi! I'm currently interviewing (3/6 interviews so far) for for an appeals manager role for DME. The job entails not only to bill for dme (cms 1500) but also to follow up on any denials or appeals, amongst other administrative duties. My questions are is it typical to have 1 person doing both the billing and denials within a new vertical for all ins.? How difficult is billing for dme as I only have experience in gyn onc and lactation billing? What's a fair salary? I have 8+ yoe in rcm, no certs.
