I've been a nurse over a decade with lots of experience, from ambulatory care to case management, from emergency room to med surg. I'm currently part time house supervision at a small critical access hospital (18 bed med surg, 4 bed critical care, 9 bed ER). I've been here in this position nearly 4 years and am feeling trapped. I have my MSN, I'm a certified med surg RN, but I don't see anything beyond my position for me here.
